Autism Child’s Care (A. C. Care)
We provide International standard Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy for our special challenges children having not only Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) but also for other neuro-developmental disorders such as ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down’s Syndrome and even for Attention Deficit Disorder. All of our Therapist are from CRP and they have highly experienced to deal children with Autism.
American Psychiatric Association Stated that “Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental condition involving persistent challenges with social communication, restricted interests, and repetitive behavior.”
In 2023, According World Health Organization (WHO), It is estimated that worldwide about 1 in 100 children has autism.
What is AUTISM?
Human brain plays major role in understanding the things which we see, smell, touch, taste and experience. But when someone’s brain has trouble in understanding or interpreting these things, it can make them difficult to talk, listen, understand, play, and learn. This difficult situation in the children is known as AUTISM. This difficulty can be severe, mild or average. At Autism Childs Care, a child is introduced to systematic learning procedures to develop child’s IQ level.
Causes
Primarily, there is no exact cause of ASD. Available scientific evidence suggests that there are probably many factors that make a child more likely to have autism, including environmental and genetic factors.
Early Signs Of Autism
According to the CDC:
- Minimal/No Eye Contact (চোখের দিকে না তাকানো)
- Prefers Alone Time (একা একা থাকতে বা খেলতে পছন্দ করে)
- Non-responsive to Name (বাচ্চার নাম ধরে ডাকলে ও সারা দেয় না, কাছে আসে না)
- Won’t Point at Objects or Show Interest in Them (by 14 months) (কোন খেলনার দিকেই খুব একটা মনযোগ না থাকা
- Won’t Play Pretend (by 18 Months) খেলার সাথিদের সাথে বিভিন্ন সাজানো খেলা করতে না পারা)
- Difficulty Empathizing and Talking about Their Feelings
- Delayed Speech and Language Skills (কথা দেরিতে শিখা )
- Repeating Words and Phrases Continually (একই কথা বার বার বলা)
- Giving Answers to Questions that Don’t Make Sense (সহজ প্রশ্নের উত্তর গুছিয়ে বলতে না পারা)
- Resistant to Any Small Change।
- Become Obsessed with Certain Interests (কোন কিছুর প্রতি বেশি আসক্তি দেখানো)
- Unusual Body Movements–Rocking Body, Flapping Hands, Spinning in Circles, etc (হাত/পা কারন ছাড়াই নাড়াচাড়া করা, স্পিন্নিং বা নিজে নিগে ঘুরা )
- Sensitivity to Light, Sound, Smell, Taste, Touch, etc. (সেন্সুরি সমস্যা)
